Eventually. Out of all the 9mm WWB I have been through. (400+ rnds) I had one round that the bullet wasn't all the way down in the casing. I caught it only because when I was loading my mag yesterday with my Uplula it got wedged in the mag and the next round wouldn't push down. Had to disassemble the mad and pry it out. After looking at it you could clearly see that the dotted line on the bullet was above the neck of the casing. Don't know what would of happened if round would have been chambered. I will keep watch more closely now.

Yep, they do happen. If it had made it into the chamber and fired, I doubt it would have been a dangerous scenario. A bullet further out would result in less chamber pressure. It's when the bullet is seated back when it causes pressure to increase, increasing risk of a blowup.

That's good to know. It still won't stop me from shooting WWB for range ammo, I picked up another 100 rnd value pack to replace what I shot and one extra for good measure. Shoot a hundred and replace with 2 hundred. Can't go wrong with that, although wife disagrees with that line of thinking.
