Hello from a proud owner of a new Missouri Concealed Carry License. Just got it issued today.
Very smooth process in Missouri: - CC course: $75. I did the 2 evenings schedule.. 1st evening, classroom 2nd evening, range: .........50 rds each semiauto & revolver exercise .........20 rds each to qualify (torso sized target at 7 yds)
- Sheriff's office: fingerprint, form, $100 payment - Approval received 7 days later - Visit DMV for CC license, $6.50, and back to the office after 30 minutes.....
Success!

Geobob,
Congratulations on the CCW!!!! Now you can start spending $$$$$$ on holsters, LOL!
I live in South Carolina and the process is easy, but the wait for the permit takes about 90 days to receive due to the backlog of applicants. You will definetly enjoy how you feel while carrying! I keep a small back-up Ruger LCP in my car all the time so if I don't need to carry my Sig SP2022 or my Sig 250 Compact, I have one to et quickly!
