Got this today from Academy Sports today for $500. Fire rated at 1400 deg for 30 min. 14 gun capacity but since I don't have 14 guns I installed the shelving unit. Last time we went on vacation I had to take all my guns and ammo to my fathers house. Now I don't have to worry about it. Weighs 390 lbs. empty.

Very nice, Kenny. It is definitely worth it to have a safe. I only have handguns (4), and am not into rifles, so bought a First Alert Fireproof (1700 deg for 1 hr) and waterproof safe - 2.2 ft3 - with shelves, which is large enough for pistols and lots of ammo. I bolted it with straps through the floor and built shelving around it in a closet.

You bet, Flashman - it is a First Alert Model 2096 DF, 2.14 ft3. I bought it through Wayfair, for $309 with FREE SHIPPING (can you believe it?). Interior dimensions are 13.8" x 13.5" x 19.6" high.
