I'm so close to paying off my gun so I can bring it home! Should have enough this week to pay the gun off, buy a cleaning kit, 250 rounds of blazer and possibly 50 rounds of Federal HST.
So excited!

Great gun, you will love it ! Good choice with the HST's. I think they are the best defense load available. I like them so much I have 2. One 9mm, and a .40.

I bought the 2340 in 1998. Still one of my favorites. If you can find one, buy it.

Putting it in jail for 10 days today! Sent from my HTC One X using ProBoards State mandated waiting period? Not sure about Cali, but here in Ga just walk in, pick out what you want, fill out form 4473, background check ( I have a weapons license so I skip this step) hand money over, walk away with new toy!

Ya in California we have to wait 10 days, I don't mind. If it helps to keep guns out of the hands of thugs then great. If not, it's only 10 (long) days

Same here in New hamster. Walk in the door, pick your gun, fill out a form, wait for 1 hour or so for the dealer to call the feds, and you're good to go. Gotta love this state. Took them 7 days to get me my concealed permit, and it cost me $10. Most towns encourage CCW here. AND... The sig Pro store is just 3 miles down the road.

States that have a 10 day waiting period have no less gun crimes than states that don't have it. In fact, they probably have more crime. I'm preaching to the choir though i'm sure.

The 10-day wait is a "cooling off" period. They don't want you to buy a gun when you're mad. Apparently if you're mad enough to buy a gun and do something bad... you won't be that mad 10 days later....
